To me, it's the crowning project.
It's the most transformational project in the in Churchill Downs in at least 20 years.
Right.
When you walk through the gates, you know, you're able to see horses saddled in the paddock and they're beneath the historic twin spires, the twin spires, or like the McDonald's dam or the Nike swoosh.
It's our signature.
The old paddock was about 55.
I think it was 5100 square feet.
And you know, this paddock now is 12,000 square feet.
So it's, you know, much more spacious can accommodate more guests with inside the paddock.
It's important today, you know, for Oaks and Derby.
You know, you have 20 horses in the gate, he's got ownerships that are, you know, parts indicated and partnerships and you're trying to make everybody happy and get them into the paddock so they can see their horse saddle.
Now we've got the room.
So that's, you know, very satisfied.
You know, the paddock is the heartbeat of any racetrack across the country.
Fans love to congregate there.
You have your program, you grab a drink, you might smoke a cigar, you reunite with old friends, you see the horses, you know, up close and personal, get their equipment on, the jockeys come down, they get mounted, they do their lap.
People love hanging in the paddock and you don't have to leave this paddock with the two giant video boards that we have.
The electronic tour video above the stalls that will identify each horse and their odds and the jockey and the trainer.
I mean, it's all we've got it all.
When we announced the project two years ago and revealed the renderings.
Hall of Fame trainer Steve Asmussen, who's won more races in North America than any other trainer, he sent me a text message and he said, Longchamp used to have the world's greatest paddock.
Now you guys have.
The new paddock added more than 3600 all inclusive seats and two new premium clubs.
