If passed, anyone driving 25 m.p.h. over the speed limit would face a $200 fine.

Sped up and you'll pay up. That's the idea behind a bill now before the Kentucky General Assembly. If it passes, anyone caught driving 25 m.p.h. over the speed limit would face a $200 fine. A rural lawmaker wants costly tickets to deter reckless driving and help pay medical bills for those surviving terrible car accidents.
